Tips For Logging Into Your Account
Case Sensitivity
Please be aware that passwords are case sensitive. In other words, "A" and "a" are not considered to be equivalent. It is helpful to copy and paste your password directly from your registration email.

Confusing Zero And The Letter "O"
Another common problem is in confusing the letter "O" with the number zero ("0"). As with case sensitivity, it is helpful to copy and paste your password directly from your registration email.

Spaces
One other common problem is to include spaces in the username and password when copying and pasting. Please be careful to only copy the username and password text without any extra spaces, as this will cause an invalid username/password error.
